Baby Jogger City Reviews

Karen - Glasgow

We've had our Baby Jogger City pram for about 4 weeks now and have had no problems with it. It's all black, but does come in other colours and looks really good. We've got the pram attachment (i.e. a detachable carrycot) and so far that's all we've used because our baby is too young to use it as a pushchair.

It's very easy to take the carrycot on and off; you just squeeze the handle and lift. To put it back it simply drops onto its supports and clicks into place.

The pram is very easy to use. It also takes up very little pavement real-estate and being a three-wheeler it rolls well and can turn through 360 degrees on the spot.

Folding is very easy. You pull two levers and it collapses. Unfolding, well, just hold the handle and it all unfolds and clicks into place. It really is easy. Note: you can't fold it with one hand. This is definitely a pram for transporting in the car, not a bus, unless you can roll it onto the bus without folding, which I've done once. If you've got modern buses then it can be done.

The only negative aspect so far is that the stitching has started to come undone on one of the velcro straps which holds the canopy in place. Oh, one more negative, the hood is quite hard to put up. You need to squeeze two knobs at the same time and they do take a bit of squeezing. That's a minor niggle, however.

Overall, we're very pleased with the pram and would recommend it to anyone provided it meets their requirements.
